SkyTEM Surveys, an international leader in airborne geophysics, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our operational team.
This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring a candidate with practical field experience, preferably with global exposure.
SkyTEM’s mission is to provide knowledge about the earth beneath our feet, supporting more sustainable solutions.
As a leading airborne geophysical survey company, we specialize in the acquisition and advanced processing of transient electromagnetic (TEM), magnetic, and radiometric data.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple geophysical survey projects globally
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all field operations
- Develop and nurture client relationships across cultures, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the geophysics or related fields
- Extensive in-field operational experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced IT skills and technical knowledge
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
