We are seeking a CFO to help us take the financial function to the next level in a growing technology company with global operations.

Company Overview

It is our mission to provide knowledge about the earth beneath our feet, supporting more sustainable solutions. We specialize in the development and operation of helicopter and drone equipment designed for mapping the subsurface. Our primary focus is to aid in securing groundwater resources, identifying mineral deposits, and facilitating infrastructure planning. With all development and production conducted in-house, we boast a diverse team proficient in engineering, airborne geophysical operations, and data analysis and processing.

Key responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Provide insights and guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the entire global operation.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements across various regions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with executive leadership to make informed decisions that positively impact the organization’s financial health.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Team Leadership and Development: Manage a global finance setting, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor finance professionals, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
• Expert communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and understandably.


• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role within a global organization.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing financial operations across different regions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Education: Master’s degree in finance/accounting, or a related field.
